In order to serve these demands, Aixistance Ltd. aims to automate the processing of the information flood. Here we mainly focus on automatic text classification, summarization, information retrieval and extraction.

PLAINknowledge for Windream expands Windream into a knowledge management solution for small, medium, and large enterprises. The system provides automated data analysis and classification to extract keywords from unstructured texts and sort documents into pre-defined categories.

AIXISTANCE Ltd. provides an interactive and server solution for knowledge management. In the interactive solution the user chooses and marks the documents to be classified. The result is asssigned to an index of the classified documents. This index can be shown under Windows Explorer in detail view.

Thus the customer has the benefits of the Windows Explorer and an entire view to the assigned indexes.

The server solution provides a more convenient way of classification. After determination of a source folder for unstructured documents and destination folder for classified documents, the server checks for incoming documents, classifies them and moves the documents into appropriate folders.
